About Me

Movement has always been part of my life — from playing football and table tennis, to practicing karate and kickboxing to working through health challenges later on. These experiences taught me that movement isn’t just about performance, but about building long-term health, reconnecting with myself and to grow through focused effort.I began studying under Franziskus Hielscher, where I was introduced to a structured approach to movement based on biomechanics and systematic progression. Alongside this mentorship, I pursued a degree in sports science, which deepened my understanding through academic study. During a year abroad, I could learn from Tiago Martins and André Dias, founders of Movement Lisboa. Their teaching continues to shape how I coach today — with clarity, curiosity, personal care and strong focus on transferable understanding.Over time, movement became more than a physical practice. It turned into a tool for cultivating awareness, emotional understanding, and a deeper connection — not just within ourselves, but also in how we relate to others and the world around us.My goal is to help people experience that shift for themselves — through intentional, individualized practice that goes beyond exercise and builds lasting change.

Coaching

How I work with YOUMy coaching is build around you — your goals, your experience, and the context of your life. Whether you're just starting out, working on foundational strength or refining advanced movement - it doesnt matter. We build a clear, structured process that fits where you are and where you want to go.We develop attributes like strength, mobility, coordination, and awareness as interwoven abilities — practiced through chosen disciplines like handbalancing, calisthenics, flexibility, and acrobatics. These aren’t just impressive skills, but tools for learning how to deal with failure, how to tune into what you feel, and how to stay focused when things get really hard. Each session becomes a space to explore movement, challenge assumptions, and build the kind of physical confidence that quietly influences everything else.

My approach is grounded in motor learning and educational coaching. You’ll not only practice — you’ll learn. You’ll develop an understanding of what you’re doing, why it matters, and how to apply it across different situations. This creates independence and sustainability. The process is supported by personal care, continuous feedback, individualized adjustments, and space for reflection — so progress isn’t just about doing more, but about learning the why and living the how.

Let’s figure out how to get you moving better.
No pressure. Just a conversation to see what’s possible.

FAQs

Here are a few things people often ask before we start working together.1. What kind of clients do you work with?
I work with people who are curious, committed, and ready to explore movement more deeply — from complete beginners to experienced athletes.
2. Do I need equipment?
It depends on the focus of our work. For most people, a pair of gymnastics rings and a few small weights are enough. I’ll guide you based on what you have and what we want to work on.
3. Can I book just one session to try it out?
For in-person sessions, yes — a single session is a great way to get to know each other.
For online coaching, we start with a call to discuss your goals and outline a possible structure. From there, we build a long-term plan.
4. Is there a minimum coaching period?
Yes — both for in-person and online coaching, the minimum is 3 months. This allows time for progress, consistency, and building a real foundation for change.
5. Do I need to film myself?
Yes — for online coaching, video is essential. It allows me to give you precise, actionable feedback on how you move. But more importantly, it helps you learn to observe, reflect, and refine your own practice over time — a skill that leads to real independence.
For in-person sessions, I take on that role directly.

6. Can we practice together live?
Absolutely. Coaching calls can be used as live personal training sessions via Zoom. That means real-time feedback, hands-on guidance (from afar), and a more direct learning curve — especially useful when exploring new movements or refining form.
7. What happens if I get injured during a phase?
Injuries are never ideal — but they can happen. If something comes up, we adjust. Programming will shift to support your recovery, and we focus on maintaining momentum in ways that are safe and meaningful. You won’t be left behind — we just change the map.
8. What’s your coaching style?
Supportive, precise, and educational. I don’t just tell you what to do — I teach you to understand why and how. That way, you gain skills and independence over time.
Still got questions?
I’m all ears. If there’s anything else you’re wondering about, just reach out — I’d be happy to talk it through with you.
